Labor Day has come and passed and fall may now be gracing us with its presence. Although the summer heat has subsided for others the real estate market is still too hot and now is the time to make the move!

According to Redfin.com, Lawrence County home prices were down 2.4% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $171,000. On average, homes in Lawrence County sell after 55 days on the market compared to 45 days last year. More specifically, Ellwood City home prices were down 26.6% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $138,000. The median sale price per square foot in Ellwood City is $111, down 9.76% since last year.
