Real Estate Transfers For July 2025

The sun shined vibrantly in July bringing warmer, summer-like temperatures. The summer season offers great weather and had area residents on the move and getting in to new real estate in July.

The median sale price of a home in Lawrence County was $153,000 last month, up just 0.7% over July 2024. The median sale price per square foot in Lawrence County is $123, up 2.9% since last year.  According to Redfin.com, the Ellwood City housing market is somewhat competitive. The median sale price of a home in Ellwood City was $196,000 last month, up 45.1% since last year. The median sale price per square foot in Ellwood City is $111, down 9.35% since last year.
