According to Rocket Homes, homes in Lawrence County sold in March 2025 for 7.2% more than they did a year ago with a median sale price of $154,888.00. More specifically, Ellwood City remains a sellers market as homes sold for 1.1% more than they did last March and a median sale price of $160,000.00 according to Rocket.com
