Romance was in the air with Valentine’s Day last month. Many fell in love with a new home in February and made a move.

According to Rocket Homes, homes in Lawrence County have sold for 8.8% more than they did a year ago with the median home sold price in Lawrence County at $154,928 in February 2025. More specifically, the median home sold price in Ellwood City was $160,000 in February 2025, up only 0.1% from last year, and the median price per square foot was $121.
