The month of December ushered in a time to celebrate the holiday of Christmas. For some people, the best gift wasn’t wrapped under the tree, it was a new home.

According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold for a whopping 10.5% more than they did a year ago while, more specifically, real estate in Ellwood City sold for 5.4% more than they in December 2023. Rocket Homes reported a $165,000.00 median sold price in Ellwood City for December 2024.
