For some the summer rush and moving has subsided, but for others, the fall season has arrived and is the time to make the move!

In September, according to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County have sold for 4.9% more than they did a year ago.  More specifically, real estate in Ellwood City sold for a whopping 2.3% more than they did last September listing at a $163,900 Median Sold Price per RocketHomes.com
