Stanley Benham, 67, of Ellwood City passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at his residence following a one-year illness.
Born May 24, 1957, in Lake Placid, NY, he was the son of the late Stanley D Benham and Patricia DeLoria Benham.
Stanley served as a volunteer EMS driver while living in Lake Placid. Locally, he worked at the Pottery Barn in Beaver Falls and provided transportation for the airport Marriott, the railroad, and children with special needs. Stanley had a passion for old cars and enjoyed going to car shows. He loved being outdoors, hiking, and playing Township on his phone. He was a deeply patriotic man who loved his country.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years Debbie Knight Benham; three daughters, Joann (fiance Mark Williams) Hurst of Ellwood City, Linda Benham of Monaca, and Ashley Phillips of Monaca; son, Jonathan Benham of Export; nine grandchildren; Savannah, Dakota, Tyler, Kyrie, Daisy, Landon, Zaedyn, Amanda, and Russell; sister, Linda Favata of Georgia, and brother, Gregory Benham of Lake Placid.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Reginald Benham.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 11:00 am until the funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Industry.
