The sunshine and warmer temperatures had area residents on the move in July! The summer season offers great weather for the big move and to get settled into your new estate.

According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in July 2024 at an median price of $150,050,
just barely above (0.4% increase) more than they did a year ago. Additionally, and more specifically, homes in Ellwood City sold for almost the identical price ($164,900, -0.1%) than they did a year ago in July.
