Billy Joe Bush, 53, of Franklin Township passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024 at his residence following a two-and-a-half-year courageous battle with cancer.
Born February 7, 1971 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of Shirley Bush Baird and stepson of Charles Baird. He was married to Stacey Sullivan Bush.
Billy graduated from Riverside High School and then continued on to earn his associates degree. He worked as a machinist at Honeywell for 27 years and was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Darlington and the Moraine Area Tractor Cruisers. He loved repairing and fixing things and never missed his daughter’s events.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years Stacey; two daughters, Lauren and Kelsey Bush; uncle, Glen Bush; aunt, Betty (Gary) McKeough; father and mother-in-law, Don (Barb) Sullivan; sisters-in-law; Kelly (Shawn) Everhart and Shawna (Chris) Androlia; brother-in-law, Ryan (Sarah) Sullivan, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday July 24, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Visitation will also be held on Thursday July 25, 2024 from 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 am at the First United Presbyterian Church in Darlington. Chaplain Gary Brown will officiate.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Club Hope and the family in care of the Funeral Home.
