Summer is heating up! And so are movers in and around the Ellwood City area.

According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in June 2024 at an median price of $150,000.00, just barely above (0.6% increase) more than they did a year ago. However, and more specifically, homes in Ellwood City sold for 3.1% more than they did a year ago in June 2023.
