Real Estate Transfers For April 2024

April showers (and we had plenty) bring May flowers!

Many in the area the month used the wet month of April to buy or sell real estate property.

Homes in Lawrence County sold in April 2024 for only a fraction of a percentage more than they did a year ago earning a neutral housing market according to RocketHomes.com.  More specifically, Ellwood City continues to be a sellers market as homes sold for 11.5% more than they did last April.
