Reality ONE Group Ultimate Looking to Add Agents, Clients in Ellwood City and Beyond

Co-owners Christina Hoffmeier and Anthony Gennuso opened their first location in Ellwood City at 315 7th Street in September of 2023.

“Ellwood City is the first of many coming locations,” Hoffmeier said. “The New Castle office is scheduled to be opening this spring once renovations of the historic Straitmasters building is complete, and expansion for an office in New Brighton is scheduled for late summer of this year.”

Hoffmeier is an Ellwood City native who attended Riverside High School and her partner Gennuso grew up in Pittsburgh but is excited about entrepreneurship just a bit North of the big city.

“As many of the brokerages that we used to have aged out and were never passed down to new brokers, Ellwood City, a city that we love has had a void in real estate services for their residents,” Hoffmeier said. “So, we went hunting for a brand that aligned with not only our principles but also the values and needs of Lawrence and Beaver County. The answer was simple, Realty ONE Group. The ONE manifesto of the company encompasses who we are as leaders and what we desired to bring to the community.”

Both Hoffmeier and Gennuso have been in the real estate business many years. Hoffmeier previously operated the Christina Hoffmeier Team of Realtors for more than 15 years and Gennuso was a loan officer with the Gennuso Lending Team with more than 20 years in the business.

“We decided to use our combined knowledge and passion to Realty ONE Group Ultimate as well as Ultimate Mortgage Group,” Hoffmeier said.

And Realty ONE Group Ultimate is looking to add to their team.

“We are now looking for agents and aspiring agents to join our team,” Hoffmeier said. “We will also be hiring admin positions soon for our other offices.”

The group offers events each month for agents and anyone hoping to become an agent. Events are posted on the website and on Facebook. All trainings are free to attend.
