Romance was in the air in February. Many fell in love with a new home and made a move.

According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in February 2024 for only 1.6% more than they did a year ago. More specifically, Ellwood City continues to be a sellers market as homes sold for 16.7% more than they did last February.
