Donna E. Krepps, 75, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Elsie Mae (Bryant) Blinn and was born May 5, 1948, in Ellwood City.
Donna is survived by her husband, of 53 years, DeWitt Krepps; her son; J.D. Krepps of Shenango Twp. and one daughter; Amy Elizabeth Frederiksen of Minnesota, one grandson; Owen DeWitt Krepps; and one granddaughter; Petra Elizabeth Frederiksen.
Donna was born and raised in Ellwood City and was a graduate of Lincoln High School, class of 1966. She met the love of her life when she was 16 and she married DeWitt Krepps on June 20, 1970. Her husband DeWitt was in the US Navy for 6.5 years and during that time they had both their children. Upon their return from the Navy, DeWitt and Donna went to work at the J & T. Drive In and they have owned and operated it for over 50 years.
Donna was also a 50-year member of the OES Ellwood Chapter No. 212. She and DeWitt loved and supported each other all throughout their life, work, and family. Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by; one daughter-in-law; Jill Krepps, her siblings; Keithleen Fulton, William Richard Blinn, Jr, Rikie Jean Kegerise, John Anthony Blinn, and David Raymond Blinn.
Friends may call on the family from 10am-1pm on Monday, January 22, 2024, at Turner Funeral Home-Ellwood City with an Eastern Star Funeral Service being conducted by the OES Ellwood City Chapter No. 212, with Funeral Services following at 1:00PM at Turner’s with Pastor Tom O’Brein, officiating.
Interment will be in North Sewickley Cemetery.
