Maxine E. Baldelli, 90, of Ellwood City passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Quality Life Services in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Melba Moore and was born February 4, 1933, in New Brighton.
Maxine is survived by her sons; Bill and his wife Elizabeth of Ellwood City, Mark Baldelli and his wife Lorri of Ellwood City, John Baldelli of Ellwood City, her grandchildren; Mike Baldelli and his wife Sherry, Kylee Kaszer and her husband Mark, Nico Baldelli and his wife Elizabeth, John Thomas (J.T.) Baldelli and his wife Alisa, and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was born and raised in New Brighton. She met and married the love of her life William “Bill” Baldelli and they were married 60 years, until his passing in 2010. She was Presbyterian by faith. Maxine never met a stranger, and everyone was her friend. She loved her flowers and gardening. Most of all she loved her family and friends. Maxine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and loving friend to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband; William “Bill” Baldelli, her daughter; Linda K. Baldelli Newton and one grandson; Bret Baldelli.
The family wishes to give a very special thank you to Kimberly Pape for her loving care over the years.
Following Maxine’s wishes, her services and interment are private.
Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations, made in Maxine’s name to the Make a Wish Foundation at wish.com.
Arrangements are entrusted to the TURNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES located at 6th and Park in Ellwood City.
