Fall may be on its way and for some the summer heat has subsided, but for others, the real estate market is still too hot and now is the time to make the move!

According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in August 2023 for 5.6% more than they did a year ago and, more specifically, homes in Ellwood City have sold for a whopping 17.7% more than they did last August.
