As part of their 75th Anniversary celebration, the Ellwood City Wolves Club, on August 23, presented their commemorative 75th Anniversary book to the Ellwood City Chamber, Library and Historical Society.
Preserving history is just as important as making history said Wolves Club President Mike DeOtto – the preservation of our history is now assured, as part of the fabric of our community, at the Chamber, Library and Historical Society.
The Wolves Club’s motto is ‘Pro Bono Publico’ – for the ‘Good of the Public’; The Wolves Club community involvement is legendary. From high school scholarships, to supporting and sponsoring the Little League Scoreboard, EC Library, the Welcome to Ellwood City Sign, etc. has made a positive effect on the entire Ellwood City area. Our endeavors, over the years, achieved long-term sustainable outcomes, forged new and strengthen relationships, as well as enhancing social interaction in our Ellwood City community.
We, along with the Chamber, Library and Historical Society have achieved success by a rock-solid belief, built on a strong foundation of; Faith, Family, Friends and Community.
