Gloria Ann Scheller, 93, formerly of Ellwood City passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Rochester Manor.
Born August 20, 1929 in Everett, PA, she was the daughter of the late Porter and Faye Bottomfield DuVall. She was first married to the late Maynard Sheffield, then to the late Frank Scheller.
Gloria had graduated from McConnellsburg High School. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Ellwood City. She was an accomplished seamstress and loved music and traveling. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt.
Survivors include three sons, Terry (Sandra) Sheffield of Phoenix, Eric (Marge) Sheffield of South Carolina, and Matthew (Kim) Scheller of Harmony; daughter, Tina (Jerry) Wallace of Ellwood City; four grandsons, Matthew Sheffield, Robert Sheffield, Ryan Sheffield, and John Paul Wallace; three granddaughters, Dedra Sheffield, Jennifer Wallace, Shelby Jacob; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, her first husband Maynard, and her second husband Frank, Gloria was preceded in death by her son Larry Scheller, two sisters, Janice Glaizer and Leona Balzer, and one brother James DuVall.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday July 23, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
Funeral Services will be held at the First Baptist Church on Monday July 24, 2023 at 12:00 noon with Pastor Dave McQuaid officiating. Interment will follow in Pinewood Memorial Park.
