According to information made available by the Borough of Ellwood City, and as of 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 2nd, the borough has been notified by the Beaver County YMCA that the pool will not be open for the weekend.
The pool is scheduled to be open on Monday, June 5th from noon until 7:00 p.m.
The borough apologizes for any inconvenience.
The Veterans Memorial Pool is 164 feet long, 64 feet wide, and 3-8 feet deep. There is also a baby pool and spacious lawn to sun bathe. Veterans Memorial Pool deck house offers men and women’s locker rooms, showers, and restroom facilities. Life guards patrol the premises and also offer swimming lessons.

This plain sucks when ran by borough it was Memorial day through Labor day except when school in session. Hours were 1-8 PM.
