Antoinette M. Foreman, 90, of New Castle passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, at her daughter’s home. She was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Florence (Crans) Rossi and was born March 28, 1933, in Ellwood City
She is survived by her daughters; Lisa White and her husband Ronald of New Castle, Susan Morgenstern and her husband Paul of New Wilmington, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, her sister; Joyce Hart of Fombell, and sister-in-law; Erma Rossi of Tionesta and a many nieces, nephews and friends.
She attended Lincoln High School. She met and married the love of her life, Russell F. Forman on November 5, 1949. She loved her family, and her greatest joy was being with her family. They loved fishing and camping. She loved traveling with her daughters especially her trips to the Bahamas, going to Walt Disney World, Washington, D.C. and so many other places.
Later in life, she joined “Challenges” where she enjoyed participating in activities and volunteering. More than anything she loved and adored her family, which was the most important part of her life. Antoinette and her husband, Russell were long time members of Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church. Most of all her faith was the foundation of her life.
She loved baking and cooking. She loved to crochet, and she passed on this legacy to her granddaughters and great-grandaughters. Most of all, Antoinette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and truly a friend truly and friend to all.
She was preceded in death by her husband Russell F. Foreman, two sons; Russell F. Foreman, II and Gary Foreman, and one brother; brother; Roger Rossi.
Friends may call on the family on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 1:00pm-2:00pm with a Funeral Service following at 2:00pm at the Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church in Ellwood City, with Pastor Carolyn Moss officiating.
Interment will be in Slippery Rock Presbyterian Cemetery in Ellwood City.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations, in Antionette’s name to Meals on Wheels of Ellwood City
