REMINDER! EllwoodCity.org Annual Halloween Costume Contest!

Halloween is one week away and we are calling all ghosts, ghouls, goblins, and any other scary or funny outfits to get a laugh or scream.

It is time again for the Annual EllwoodCity.org Halloween Costume Contest.

Each year we have received dozens of entries – and 2022 will be no different!  Let’s make this year even more spooky or funny with your son or daughter’s costume photo submission!

Submissions be accepted as early as Saturday, October 22nd (date of Ellwood City Halloween parade) and go on through end-of-business hours on Tuesday, November 1st.

All submitted photos will appear on EllwoodCity.org’s Facebook page on Friday, November 4th as a photo gallery. Then, voting will begin as soon as the gallery is published and continues on until 8:00 a.m. the following Friday, November 11th.

To vote for your favorite photo, simply ‘like’ it, then ‘share’ it to obtain more votes from your friends!

The top two photos that receive the most votes win cash prizes, courtesy of EllwoodCity.org. $100.00 for first place, $50.00 for second place.

THE RULES:

1. Dress your kids up for Halloween! Easy enough, right?
2. Submit the best photo of your child in his/her costume to EllwoodCity.org. Email your photo to ecstaff@ellwoodcity.org. Please include child’s name, age, details on costume (if any), and parental contact info.
3. VOTE!
4. Win and collect your prize!
