David T. Gordon, 64, of New Galilee passed into the arms of his loving Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 8, 2022, at Beaver Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was the son of the late Harry and Ruth (Boring) Gordon and was born November 6, 1957, in New Brighton.
He was survived by his wife, of 18 years, Diana (Kuzio) Gordon, his children Jessica Gordon of Ellwood City, Sara Gordon and her partner Luke Trimnel of Rogers, OH, Shannon Fitzgerald and her husband Curt of Ellwood City, Cameron Gordon and his wife Chelcy of Wampum, two step-daughters; Deana Phillips of New Castle, Elena Greene of Wampum, grandchildren; Hannah, Akaliza, Sydney, Lillian, Nathaniel, Gabriella, David and one brother; Ed Gordon and his wife Linda of Tehachapi, Ca.
He was a 1975 graduate of Lincoln High School. He was employed at Inmetco and was employed with Blank’s Concrete for over 20 years. He loved being involved at Victory Family Church in Cranberry Twp, where he was a longtime member. He went on several mission trips, including trips to Africa and South America. He loved camping and Hiking, especially Shenandoah. He was an avid sports fan and he loved taking his grandchildren to Pittsburgh Pirate games. He loved to play Santa each Christmas season. He loved to dance, especially with his daughters. He was outgoing, loved to talk to people and always had something to talk about with anyone he encountered. Most of all, he was animated and truly bigger than life. He was a loving and amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by one grandson; James Curtis.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 5:00pm-7:00pm with a Memorial Service following at 7:00pm at Turner Funeral Home-Ellwood City.

Dave was a good neighbor when he lived on Summit Avenue.
