Real Estate Transfers For April 2022

April showers may bring May flowers, but for many in the area the month of April brought the opportunity to buy or sell real estate property.

The reports list fourteen property transfers totaling $1.9m purchased by RBG Ellwood LP/RBG Development Inc General Partner at sites in the vicinity of the soon-to-be-develop Sheetz, planned to be built across from the Ellwood City McDonald’s Restaurant.
