Cortni Prine’s dream came true when she opened her nail salon in March.
The Ellwood City Native has been doing nails for four years, and decided she was ready to become an entrepreneur.
Nail’d It, LLC is located at 528 Lawrence Avenue. Clients can get manicures, pedicures, and also have parties at the salon.
“I am excited to start this journey as a business owner right here in Ellwood City,” she said. “I would like to thank everyone who has supported and continues to support me.”
Prine attended Lincoln High School and studied at the Beaver Falls Beauty Academy. When she’s not doing nails, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Mooz and Zaylee.
She said although owning a business has its challenges, she wouldn’t turn back.
I’ve grown up right here in Ellwood and have always worked here,” she said. “There are a lot of bumps in the road being a business owner, but friends, family, and clientele keep me going.”
Prine said the best part about the services she provides is the felling it provides her clients.
“I love being able to make people feel better about themselves,” she said. “I provide a relaxing and welcoming environment.”
And the best part of her facility, according to Prine is the location as well as the spaciousness and ease of access.
Prine said she has hopes for a great future.
“I look forward to watching my business grow.”
