Applications are being accepted for the position of full time Borough of Ellwood City Patrolman.
An application is required to be completed and submitted with a non-refundable fee of $35.00 to the Borough of Ellwood City, c/o Borough Secretary at 525 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City, PA, 16117. All applications must be submitted by Friday, February 4th, 2022.
All applicants must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, possess an accredited high school diploma or GED equivalent, and be certified by MPOETC Act 120 training.
Each applicant is to be medically and physically fit for the performance of duties and be of good moral character.
A written exam will be conducted on Wednesday, February 16th at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building Auditorium. Applications may be obtained at the Borough Manager’s office, which is located in the Municipal Building, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. util 4:00 p.m. The deadline for submitting the completed application with the fee is Friday, February 4th at 4:00 p.m.
