Raymond H. Wilson, 88, of Ellwood City (PerryTwp.) passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at his residence following a brief illness.
Born October 2, 1932 in Mars, PA, he was the son of the late Henry and Nina (Gongaware) Wilson . He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Pascoe Wilson, a son, William Wilson, and a grandson, Ryan Wilson.
Ray worked at Matthews Conveyer for 20 years. He then worked and retired after 28 years from Lindy Paving. Ray loved being outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, especially deer hunting. He treasured times spent at his camp in Marionville.
Survivors include three sons, Raymond H. (Linda) Wilson Jr. of Wake Forest, NC, Thomas (Marla) Wilson of Ellwood City, Clyde (Melissa) Wilson of New Castle; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a number of brothers and sisters.
Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Ellwood City.
