The Ellwood City Area School Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting of the Board on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. for the After-Prom Activities and any other general business purposes that may come before the Board.
Accord to the public meeting notice made available this week, the meeting will be conducted vitually and a meeting link will be posted on the school district website on Friday.

After over 70 consecutive years of the prom event, the school district event was cancelled last year due to COVID-19 safety concerns.
This year, prom is scheduled to take place May 7th at 7:00 p.m. at The Hill with a View on Bluff Avenue in Ellwood City. An outdoor event, its theme is “Enchanted Forest,” but only juniors and seniors who attend Lincoln High School will get to experience the event. Due to the continuing pandemic, no outside guests will be permitted.
