Madeline (Molly) Lendick celebrated her 100th birthday with a proclamation given to her by Mayor Anthony Court.
Court made a short statement in honor of of Lendick.
“I want to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for her dedication to her lovely family and our community. I hereby proclaim Sunday, April 25th, 2021 as “Madeline(Molly) Lendick’s Day” in Ellwood City! It was certainly my pleasure honoring this beautiful, sweet woman. I know I speak for our entire community in extending birthday wishes to this most awesome person! May God always bless you, Molly Lendick!” said Court in his statement.
The surprise for Lendick was held at Vinny’s Restaurant in Ellwood City on Saturday April 17th with over 100 people in attendance.
