Halloween 2020 was a success!
“It was a safe, fun-filled evening in Ellwood City,” according to a statement from Mayor Court office. “Thanks to all the participants and all seemed to use extreme precautions, motorists included. Thank you for keeping our children safe and they all got to enjoy Halloween.”
