Ellwood City Area School District announced on Tuesday a ‘Return to School Plan Survey’ for Lincoln High School parents via a Google Forms survey published on the district site.
[The district is] asking all parents of students in grades 7-12 complete the google form survey by Sunday, August 16 at 10:00 PM. There are currently three options on the table for students in grades 7-12. Parents and students can review the options as well as a Q & A document on the district webpage.
If a parent does not complete this survey, then Option 1 will be the assumed option for that student. We ask that you complete a separate survey for each student attending Lincoln High School.
Areopening plan was posted on the school district website on July 31.
