Bonnie L. Rubino, 62, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 17, 2020.
Bonnie was born in Ellwood City, Pa., on September 30, 1957, to the late Joseph and Elaine (Fenechi) Yarzebinski. She attended Riverside High School, Class of 1975. She was currently employed at Cobb Cole in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Bonnie loved and cherished her family more than anything, but especially her granddaughter, Kami Jae Rubino, who was the greatest joy of her life. She also loved the girls “golf club”, where she loved playing weekly with her friends at Crane Lakes.
She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Samuel P. Rubino, and her cherished son, Samuel Joseph Rubino and his wife, Karlei Rubino, along with granddaughter, Kami Jae Rubino. Also surviving are her sisters, Kay (Frank) Holby of Port Orange, Fla., Janice Jubach of Beaver Falls, Pa., and Susan (David) Verone of Ellwood City, Pa.; her brother, Joseph (Lela) of Wampum, Pa.; and sister-in-law, Julie (Ross) Yoho of Ellwood City, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews, along with great-niece and nephews. Another love of her life was her dog, Rocco.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Brian Julius Rubino, in 2004; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Samuel Ralph Rubino, and Betty Jean Rubino; and brother-in-law, Thomas S. Jubach.
Bonnie will be terribly missed by her family and friends. She was a beautiful light whose shine touched so many lives. She loved life and helping people in any way possible. She will be remembered as the most kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and great- aunt.
Funeral arrangements and a celebration of her life will be set at a later date.
