On July 24, the PA DEP (BU 6464) will be conducting a truck-mounted, Ultra Low Volume (ULV) mosquito control event. This event will begin at around 7:30 pm in Franklin Twp followed by treatments in North Sewickley Twp & New Galilee Boro. Weather permitting, the event will take place (approximately) between 7:30 pm and 10:30 pm and will be primarily focused on the following areas:
• Franklin Twp – involving the following areas: Lend St, Sherwood Dr, Bernadette St, Lakeview Rd, & portions of Old Furnace Rd between South Camp Run Rd & Lakeview Rd
• Franklin Twp – along Jenny Ln & Pappy Ln
• North Sewickley Twp – in the area of Country Club Dr, Rustic Park Rd, Lee Rd, Pullman Station, & Aqua Dr
• New Galilee Boro – between Pennsylvania Ave & Maple St
