Suffer from hand or wrist pain?
The Ellwood City Medical Center is hosting a Free Informational Coffee Chat: “Get a Grip on Hand Pain: Causes and Treatment for Common Hand & Wrist Problems.”
The chat will be presented by Dr. John Ho, D.O, Golla Center for Plastics and Podiatry at Ellwood City Medical Center.
The Coffee Chat will be held,Thursday June 20 at 6 p.m. at the Ellwood City Medical Center Basement Cafeteria Area, 724 Pershing Street, Ellwood City, PA.
Victoria Gatto, marketing manager for the medical center, said she hopes this is just the beginning of such educational interactive events with the community.
“Ellwood City Medical Center has many knowledgeable talented professionals employed,” she said. “ECMC is excited that we have professionals who are willing to share their knowledge and speak to the community about relevant health concerns and issues. I am hoping to create a platform in which these professionals can provide educational information on a vast array of topics to the community. “
Ho received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and served his residency at Lutheran Medical Center. He was awarded fellowships in plastic surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and hand surgery at Hamot Medical Center. He belongs to numerous professional organizations including the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
The Golla Center has been providing care throughout the tri-state region for nearly a decade, with service to more than 10 hospitals, five wound care facilities, all Long Term Acute Facilities, and over 60 nursing facilities.
