Margaret Jane Wilson, 75, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was born in Ellwood City on April 21 1944, to the late Robert C. “Red” and Hilda M, Zikeli Wilson.
Jane graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, class of 1962, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Carol (and W. Griffith) Clark of Ellwood City, three nieces and a nephew, Debra Owens, Allison Duran, Megan Hanzely, and Paul Dappenbrook and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
Jane was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by one sister, Paula Dappenbrook and brother-in-law, Paul Dappenbrook.
Friends will be received on Monday, May 6, 2019, from 4 to 7 p.m., in the TURNER FUNERAL HOME OF ELLWOOD CITY, Sixth Street at Park Avenue, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, with the Rev. Peggy Suhr Barkley, of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating.
Entombment will follow in Slippery Rock Cemetery Mausoleum, Wayne Twp.Memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Trauma-Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Allegheny General Hospital for the excellent and compassionate care extended to Jane.
