On Monday, April 29th, Lawrence Avenue will be hosting an unofficial “Dunkin’ Donuts Day,” featuring the country’s FIRST Dunkin’ Go Trailer, courtesy of Thought Process Enterprises and their commercial sign outfitter, Signs by Sam.
The food & beverage trailer, a first of its kind for Dunkin’ Donuts, will be permitted and stationed on Lawrence Avenue in front of the Ellwood City Community Plaza for a one-day event. The event is open to the public and area residents are encouraged to attend. The trailer will be available from 7:30 a.m. until noon as permitted by the Borough of Ellwood City.
Thought Process Enterprises and Signs by Sam invite the public to stop by during this time for a breakfast or lunch break, where a variety of hot and cold coffees/teas, donuts, and munchkins will be available for sale.
Signs By Sam recently had the opportunity to complete vinyl lettering work for DALRT, Inc., owners of the Dunkin’ Go trailer. DALRT, Inc. is a local family-run company from New Castle who owns six locations in the western PA region – New Castle (3), Erie (2), Grove City (1), and is set to expand by two more in Erie and Meadville. The company had stemmed from humble beginnings; Don Miller, founder, purchased their first Dunkin’ Donuts almost 40 years ago, and it has taken off ever since – all stemming from a lost job and encouragement from a family member to take a different avenue. We would love for you all to come out, celebrate, and enjoy a little break in your Monday!
