Karen S. Trevelline Locke, 60, of Ellwood City passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 at Kindred Hospital in Beaver following a lengthy illness.
Born December 5, 1958 in Beckley, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Francis Trevelline of Ripley, New York and the late Barbara Brown Trevelline.
Karen graduated from Lincoln High School in 1978. She owned and operated a dog grooming business in Ellwood City for many years. She had also formerly worked at McGuire Home. Her grandchildren were her life, they were everything that she lived for.
In addition to her father, survivors include her husband, David Locke of Ellwood City; daughter, Carrie Duffield of Ellwood City; two sons, Mark Duffield of Rochester, Adam Locke of New Castle; two sisters, Mary (Richard) Martorana of Michigan, Barbara (Donald) Anderson of New York; three brothers, Dante (Patty) Trevelline of Chippewa, John (Cindy) Trevelline of New York, Robert Trevelline of Corry, PA; and five grandchildren, Sierra Duffield, Jordan Duffield, Taylynn Crumb, Cordai Crumb, and Zariah Duffield.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday February 28, 2019 from 2 pm until the time of the funeral service at 5 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.
