Doris C. Rosado, 51, of Ellwood City passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born March 25, 1967 in New York City, New York, she was the daughter of the late Efrain and Irene Kennedy Rosado.
Doris loved being a full time mother. She cherished time spent with her family especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her companion of 17 years, June Thompson; two daughters, Arianna Gonzalez and her husband Andres Gonzalez of Ellwood City, Ashley Thompson and her husband Robert Kricos of Coraopolis; two sons, Bradley Thompson and his wife Nicole Thompson, and Joshua Rosado, of Ellwood City; three sisters, Michele Buco of New Jersey, Tracey Hinkerton and Sonia Rosado, both of New York; one brother, Frankie Rosado of New York; and five grandchildren, Izabella Gonzalez, Sophia Gonzalez, Bailey Herskovitz, and Conner and Margo Rose Kricos.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Rosado .
Per Doris’s wishes there will be no public visitation. A memorial gathering will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Ellwood City.

Altough I knew Doris for a very short time I was so filled with JOY to know she was a fantastic person. She loved her family very much! Josh you have been blessed by not only one but two mommys that love you very much. You now have to take care of Charlie. And I know you will because you are a fine young man. June what can I say. You were a great caregiver and Dor knew that. Rich and I will miss her very much. Our Deepest Symphthy to all the people that touched Dor and Dor touched them
