Ellwood City Code Officer Requests Bagster’s be Removed

The Borough of Ellwood City has received numerous complaints about the “Green Bagster/ Dumpsters.”

Remember that you must have them removed after you fill them. You get the “Bagsters” at various locations for $29.99. Removal is about $145.00.

You must have them removed as it constitutes a buildup of trash and you may be subject to legal action.

The International Property Maintenance Code of 2012 covers this under three sections:

302.1 All exterior property must be maintained in a Clean-Safe-Sanitary condition.

302.5 Rodent Harborage.

308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish or Garbage.

Please have the Bagster’s removed before you are faced with legal action.
