Joseph L. Potter, 70, of New Castle, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Monday August 13 2018 at his residence.
Born on June 23 1948 in Ellwood City, he was the oldest son of the late Daisy Drake Potter and Fred J. Potter. Joseph was a 1967 graduate of Lincoln High School in Ellwood City.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by one sister, Janice (Wilson) Funderburg of Asheboro NC; and by two brothers: Charles (Wendy) Potter, and George “Pete” Potter, both of Ellwood City.
He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
