PHOTOS: Beaver Lawrence Railway Historical Society Train Day Festival

Beaver Lawrence Railway Historical Society is held their semi-annual Train Day Festival at West Pittsburgh Train Station Saturday, May 19. The event kicked off with a touch a truck event and there were other attractions like classic cars, a model railroad, tours of the restored caboose and the historic train station.

There was local bakery serving mouth watering sweet rolls, and a local restaurant set up serving hot sandwiches, a southern BBQ master grilling and a Greek and Middle Eastern truck served though dinner.

Emergency vehicles and construction vehicles were displayed for people to take photos with, and there are two main active train lines that added to the excitement.
