Ellwood City Relay For Life

Be A Superhero Relay For Life -Saturday, June 2, 2018, 1:00 – 10:00 P.M.

Public is welcome to join us in downtown Ellwood City at 1:00 p.m. for our opening ceremony, survivor (who are our superheros) and team laps.  Teams will start fundraising; walkers can circle the sidewalk from 5^th to 6^th streets on Lawrence Avenue follow the track shoe footprints, the kids zone will open along with many food and craft vendors.  Chalk The Town sidewalk art contest will be from 2 pm until 6:30 pm between the municipal building and Grandpaws, registration starts at 1 pm.  Entertainment includes; One Voice from 2-3, Average Jane 3-4, Elvis Vaughn Hudspath 4-5, The’m Guy’s 5:30-6:30, and Nickle Plated Revolver 7:30 – 8:30 to finish out our band entertainment.   Our evening wraps up with the Luminara Dedication Ceremony starting at 9 to 10 pm with decorated luminary bags running down the center of Lawrence Avenue.  Bags can be purchased with a small donation and decorated all afternoon through 6 pm. Parking is on Beaver Avenue (where the Farmers Market is at), handicap parking is behind WesBanco, vendors can park in Dayspring parking lot and others can park behind Burger King.
