Activities taking place the week of March 26, 2018, are as follows:
Tuesday, March 27, at 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. — Family Laptime, a weekly program designed for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. The spring session, which will be held every Tuesday through April 24, features stories, songs, games and more. Registration is requested, so call the library at 724-758-6458 for more information.
Wednesday, March 28, at 10:00 a.m. — “Coloring for Adults,” a weekly program that is free and open to the public. “Coloring for Adults” is a program designed to help reduce the stresses of everyday life. Everyone is welcome, so call the library for more information.
Wednesday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m. — “Movie Night for Adults,” featuring a new-to-DVD film and refreshments. These monthly “movie nights” are open to all area adults at no charge. Call the library for more information or to discover the title of the film to be shown.
Thursday, March 29, at 10:00 a.m. — Preschool Story Time for preschoolers ages 3 years old and up. The weekly spring session, which will be held every Tuesday through April 26, features stories, songs, games and more. Registration is requested, so call the library for more information and to register.
Thursday, March 29, at 6:00 p.m. — Adult Knitting Group whose members meet weekly to work on individual projects. New members are welcome, so call the library for more information.
The library will be hosting a fun “Paint Night” fundraiser from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 27, at the library Those attending will create a 16 x 20 inch canvass painting and enjoy complimentary wine, cheese and other refreshments. The cost is $35 and space is limited, so call the library now for more information.
