The local contractor and engineering firm, Lutz & Myers, will be holding an open forum and presentation Tuesday evening at 5:00pm regarding the new downtown development property located in the 500 block of Lawrence Avenue.
The open forum will take place in the Ellwood City Municipal Building – Council Chambers (on 1st floor) located at 525 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City PA 16117 beginning at 5:00pm. Light refreshments will be served to those in attendance.
Ron Lutz, owner of Lutz & Myers, Inc. of North Sewickley Twp., will be discussing details and strategy of the currently empty lot in the heart of the Ellwood City Business District. The entire development property is comprised of four lots, each of which may all be sold along with building to the individual business or businesses owners after construction is complete.
Presentation will be of interest to realtors, existing and potential business district merchants and other interested parties and will include, but will not be limited to:
