Portersville Christian School Information Night/Open House

Portersville Christian School will hold an Information Night/Open House at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, February 27, for families interested in enrolling students for the 2018-2019 school year.

The school is accepting student applications and registrations prior to the release of next year’s tuition schedule at the end of March.  In addition to kindergarten, there are openings in most grade levels for fall of 2018.  Interested families who have students entering kindergarten and grades 7 and 9 are encouraged to apply early, since these grades tend to fill up fast.

Portersville Christian School (PCS) provides a distinctively Christian education to students in kindergarten through grade 12.  PCS is the only fully accredited Christian school in the Butler-Lawrence-Mercer county area that offers comprehensive education through the high school level.  The school has a strong academic background, as evidenced in high SAT scores and in the college acceptances of graduates. Along with offering regular courses leading to graduation and AP courses, the school also provides students in grades 11 and 12 with the opportunity to earn up to 32 college credits during their last two years of high school with dual credit courses.

In addition to excellent academics, Portersville Christian School also offers both a competitive athletics program for all grade levels, including volleyball, soccer, basketball, cheerleading and archery; and a comprehensive fine arts program, including band, choir, guitar and marimba ensembles, and a fall drama and spring musical.
