Those attending the training in Columbus Ohio should not be reimbursed for their meals. We do not pay their meals when they are in Ellwood. There is no problem reimbursing them for the tuition and lodging. It’s a standard business practice. They need to eat whether they are in Ellwood or Columbus. It should not be at the taxpayer expense.
