Richard James Duncan, 42

Richard James Duncan, 42, of Portersville (Perry Twp.) , died suddenly and accidently from injuries sustained in a car crash on US Route 422 Saturday morning, December 10 2016  near Prospect PA.

He was born on June 9, 1974 in Grove City PA to Patricia Duncan of Portersville, and the late James C. Duncan.

Richard graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, and was affiliated with Mountville Presbyterian Church. He was employed until recently in the construction trades.

Rick enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool and darts, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

In addition to his mother, Patricia Duncan, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Brittany (and Rudy) Vincent, of Fairbanks Alaska. His girlfriend, Shelly Mullins, also survives. His first grandchild is expected in January.

He is also survived by one sister, Tammy (and John) Bubb of Ellwood City; and one brother, Patrick J. Duncan of Portersville.

Friends may call from 5:00- 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 13 in the TURNER FUNERAL HOME, 500 6TH Street, Ellwood City.

A Memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday December 13 at TURNERS. Burial will be in Mountville Cemetery, Perry Twp.  The TURNER FUNERAL HOME, 500 6th Street, Ellwood City, is entrusted with arrangements.
