OK, that’s nice but WHO is going to pay for the first responders and this medication? This was a SELF INFLICTED situation. These people should be billed accordingly and sued accordingly if and when they won’t pay. However, you can just about guess people like this are judgement proof deadbeats or welfare types!

  2. What happened to the 3 children? Why didn’t it read 3 children taken from the house and cys notified. It’s not about the concerned wife or the idiot drug addict. Children deserve to grow up not having to watch someone trade drugs in front of them! It’s not cute people! Take a real stand against drugs! Step up to the plate and do something, the SMH thing isn’t working!

  3. Are charges pending on the Heroin user? Article stated stamped bag and drug paraphernalia was found on the user. Sounds like charges need to be persuaded. How about child endangerment?

At this time we do not know if the man is being charged or not. We will know in a couple weeks and can follow up with the case.

  4. Well I hope something is done where those three children that witnessed it can be safe and I think the guy should be taken to rehab … wanting to go or not. Narcan use should be an automatic trip to rehab

Good news for all drug addicts. Our wonderful state of PA has adopted a policy that anyone who calls for help in a overdose can not be charged and any drugs found are just confenscated. Sucks if you are the children who witness it. If your house is clean and addict not high when they interview there is no help for them. There is no accountability. It will continue to get worse.
