Beaver County, PA – The Beaver Valley Lodge #4 of the Fraternal Order of Police has endorsed Representative Jaret Gibbons (D-Ellwood City) for reelection to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Gibbons spoke at the monthly FOP Lodge meeting on August 25th, during which he discussed his positions regarding legislation on public safety, employment and protection of police officers. He was later endorsed by the FOP Lodge members in a unanimous vote.
“It is an honor to be endorsed by the Beaver County FOP,” Gibbons said. “I have great respect for these men and women who put their lives on the line to protect us each and every day.”
Officer David Piuri, President of Beaver Valley Lodge #4, said “Jaret Gibbons has been a strong supporter of law enforcement officers in our community and it is our pleasure to support him now for reelection to the state House.”
The Beaver Valley Lodge #4 is the largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers in Beaver County, representing almost 300 members from more than 30 agencies. They are committed to improving the working conditions of law enforcement officers and the safety of those they protect through education, legislation, information, community involvement, and employee representation.
