The following are new window hours for the Borough. Customers are also reminded that in addition to the window and office hours they are always able to utilize any of the following payment accommodations.
- Customers are always invited to make payment in person at the Utility Collection Office during the business hours as listed in the following
- Customers may always mail their payment to the Utility Collection Office c/o 525 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City, PA. 16117 (please do not send cash in the mail)
- Customers may use the Borough Collection Drop Box (located behind the Borough Building, Bell Avenue)
- Customers may use Bank Auto Draft
- Customers are always invited to utilize On Line Bill Pay through a secure website and sign up for green billing or email bills.
Window Hours
The following hours will be applicable to window hours at the Utility Collection Office. In order to better accommodate the needs of the customers of the Borough of Ellwood City the following modified hours for the Utility Collection Office are submitted as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday:
Office hours from 7:30a.m. to 3:30p.m.
Window hours from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
Wednesday:
Office hours from 7:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Window hours from 9:00a.m to 4:30p.m.
Friday:
The Window will be closed on Friday however the office staff is required to answer telephones as well as respond to any window customers.
Special Accommodations: Prior to shut off days the window will remain open to be able to accommodate the customers. Activation Days: The Borough will activate new accounts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will occur from 12:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. Any terminations due to non-payment are activated when the bill is paid or arrangements are made.
