Gibbons Opens Campaign Office in Ellwood City: Announces Open House this Thursday, Aug. 4

State Representative Jaret Gibbons is pleased to announce the opening of his re-election campaign headquarters in Ellwood City. The campaign office is located at 317 Seventh Street and the telephone number is 724-824-1138.

Gibbons will hold an Open House to officially open the campaign office this Thursday, August 4 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Anyone interested in talking with Rep. Gibbons or learning more about his campaign is encouraged to stop by the campaign office.

“With critical issues facing our community, I want to ensure that all voters have an opportunity to have any questions or concerns answered and participate in this year’s important election,” Gibbons said.

Rep. Gibbons’ campaign office will be available to answer any questions voters may have about the upcoming November election, obtain yard signs and other campaign information, and provide opportunities to volunteer for his campaign.

Gibbons legislative priorities include creating jobs, reforming state government, improving public education and cutting taxes on middle-class families and small businesses. “I look forward to continuing my efforts to revitalize our local economy, cut wasteful government spending, reduce property taxes and provide the best constituent services available to the people of the 10th legislative district.”

Questions related to constituent services or other legislative matters should continue to be directed to Rep. Gibbons’ legislative offices at 438 Line Ave. in Ellwood City, 302 9th Street in New Brighton, and in the Slippery Rock Borough Building.

“The campaign office provides constituents a clear separation between legislative and campaign functions during the upcoming election cycle,” Gibbons said.

  1. This should be taken seriously. I received a call Thursday the15th shortly after getting hom from work from someone calling himself sean jackson and representing himself as a PA Democratic committee member. He asked me if I could participate in a voter registration event to be held today,Saturday September 17 at the Ellwood City Library between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. I agreed to be there but told him I couldn’t arrive until after 12:00 as I had other errands to run. When I got to the Library there was no event and I spoke to my neighbor who was working there, Theres Palagallo and she knew nothing of it. When I got home I discovered that my Hillary yard sign had been ripped out and replaced with a Trump sign. Shortly after being home my husband got a call from this same man -he gave the same name-asking why he did’t see me there.Almost as if he is taunting me.I was livid when I saw this and began calling authorities. The Ellwood City police said they would file a report but showed little interest.I called Channel 2 kdka news, and she put me in touch eith a woman from the PA Democratic party. She said his name was not familiar but I gave her the number he gave me. I have called other news channels ,papers and local authorities. Many said they would like to come here to take my story. Is this what Ellwood City is going to be portrayed as, a small minded, lazy community that thinks little of the safety and rights of the Residents? This is the impression I got from my calls.
